We have a unique opportunity for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the dynamic Geely team at our modern showroom in Doncaster.
What we are looking for:
In this role you’ll merge with an experienced team, be a leader in providing a great end-to-end customer experience and helping to elevate performance across the brand. The successful candidate will undertake the below:
* Previous experience in prestige automotive sales (preferred but not essential)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding negotiation skills
* Strong attentiveness and focus
* Ability to set personal goals and targets
* Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications
* Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
* A passion for providing consistent outstanding customer service
* Be willing to work hard and have fun
What the role entails:
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a-paced environment. You will demonstrate:
* Handling enquiries and prospecting for new customers
* Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
* Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve our volume and profit objectives
* Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features
* Keen to work full-time including Saturdays (weekday RDO)
