A leading specialist law firm is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on website management and performance.
This is a full‑time, permanent position based in London, working as part of a high‑performing marketing team.
About the role
You’ll support the delivery of the company’s digital strategy, taking responsibility for the smooth running, optimisation and continual improvement of the organisation’s website. Working closely with colleagues across marketing, communications and business development, you'll ensure online content is accurate, engaging and aligned with wider commercial goals.
What you’ll be doing
* Overseeing day‑to‑day publishing of articles, updates and profile pages
* Managing content quality, accuracy, tone and consistency across the site
* Collaborating with communications teams to plan and schedule online material
* Analysing content performance and recommending improvements
* Applying SEO best practice, including metadata, structure and keyword optimisation
* Monitoring visitor behaviour, engagement and conversion patterns using analytics tools
* Preparing regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders
* Supporting A/B testing, user journey refinement and landing page enhancements
* Working with external digital and SEO agencies to ensure strong delivery
* Contributing to digital development projects and ongoing website upgrades
What you’ll bring
* 2–3+ years’ experience in a digital or web‑focused marketing role within a professional services organisation (eg. law firm, accountancy practice, management consultancy)
* Confident use of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar)
* A solid grasp of SEO principles and website analytics
* Experience handling multiple projects and deadlines
* Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail
* A proactive, organised and collaborative approach to work
