* Pay: £12.21 per hour plus night allowance (£4.06 per hour).
* Benefits: 22.5 days annual leave, rising to 25 after 5 years’ service, plus bank holidays, uniform, PPE, employee referral scheme and Defined Contribution pension scheme plus car parking.
* Contract type: Permanent
* Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
* Location/Hours: From 18:00 to 02:00; travel notes: due to location there is no public transport and your own transport is essential.
As part of Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions you will work from 18:00 to 02:00 either as part of a team or as the only cleaner on site, ensuring we continue to deliver high standards of service to our customers.
Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including mopping, toilet cleaning, washing walls, vacuuming, emptying bins, dusting and sanitising surfaces safely and professionally.
* Operate a variety of cleaning equipment; full training provided with a first day induction.
* Work may be physically challenging and involve manual handling activities.
About You
* Previous cleaning experience is desired, but not essential.
* Friendly, with good written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with customers and managers while complying with Health & Safety regulations.
* Reliable, self-motivated with a keen eye for detail; able to work on your own initiative and manage your time as you will be managed remotely.
