Northwood is currently accepting applications for a
CCA
Qualifications
* Completion of a recognized CCA program.
* Provincial CCA certification.
* Home Support Basic Training Certificate
* Current Standard First Aid/CPR
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, families, visitors, and coworkers.
* Good organizational skills and a strong customer service (client/ family) focus required.
* Ability to work well with others.
* Ability to attend work on a regular and consistent basis according to the Northwood Corporate Standards.
* Demonstrated use of proper body mechanics and ability to perform heavy lifting.
* Knowledge of / experience working in a team-based, person-centered approach to care.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

Salary /Benefits:
As per the Northwood scale
Effective: December 2024
Hours of Work: 80 hours bi-weekly
( 8 hour shifts, 10-6 )
