ESNEFT has identified Epic as their supplier in delivering a new Electronic Patient Record system. Our EpicEPR will benefit all clinical and operational areas, aligning to our Trust strategy to support harmonisation of services & patient pathways across the Trust.
We are seeking to recruit an Interim Cogito/Caboodle Data Engineer who will support the development of reporting and regulatory submissions within ESNEFT’s new Epic EPR environment, ensuring ESNEFT has a robust suite of reporting ready for our Epic EPR go-live in October 2025 and that we meet all regulatory reporting requirements.
Due to the interim nature of the role, it is essential that you are already Epic certified with Cogito and/or Caboodle.
Internal applicants currently employed by ESNEFT will be offered a secondment basis only.
Please note the role can be predominantly home working with the expectation to occasionally be onsite, as and when required.
* Ensure that service delivery standards are achieved.
* Work collaboratively with Divisional Directors, Clinical Leads, Operational leads, and other colleagues to develop, implement, and review service delivery and improvement plans.
* Ensure that financial controls are established and maintained within relevant departments.
* Work in partnership with colleagues across the Trust to drive the achievement of the Trust’s corporate goals and business plan, including performance standards related to quality, safety, contractual obligations, financial targets, and people.
* Act as an ambassador for the Trust, ensuring the positive development of the Trust brand and championing the Trust’s values.
