Premier Work Support are on the lookout for an experienced F&B General Manager to oversee cafés, premium lounge, pub, and pop-up dining outlets. You will be responsible for operations, team leadership, commercial performance, and ensuring a top-tier experience every step of the way.
What you will be doing:
Lead and inspire a large F&B team across multiple fast-paced outlets
Drive sales, profitability, and outstanding service standards
Ensure compliance with all food safety and allergen regulations
Own recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
Collaborate with stakeholders and represent F&B in strategic planningWhat we are looking for:
Experience in senior hospitality/F&B management roles
Proven commercial acumen with £5M+ annual turnover
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large teams
Solid knowledge of HACCP, allergen law (Rachel's Law), and food safety
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Food Safety Level 3+, Hospitality Management, Personal Licence)Benefits include:
