We are looking for bright, determined individuals who are interested in a career in logistics. Not only will you earn whilst you learn on our structured 12 month scheme, but on completion you will be guaranteed a permanent position. This opportunity is designed to develop your skills for a career in the logistics industry.
Salary starting at £397.33 per week and increasing as you progress through the programme.

Job Description
Over the 12 months, you will be working towards becoming a fully fledged member of our growing Driver team through work shadowing, hands-on training and computer based learning. You will have the full support and guidance of colleagues, trainers and the Emerging Talent Team to help you grow and develop into an outstanding Logistics professional.
Please note: as this is an apprenticeship, we are unable to accept applications from candidates who already hold a cat C or C+E licence, or who require sponsorship to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for collecting and delivering our customers products in line with our agreed service levels, whilst ensuring a professional service throughout.
* As well as the practical driving, you will be learning about the regulations surrounding Drivers Hours, Tachographs and Working Time legislation to ensure both compliance and safety standards are adhered to.
Qualifications
* Hold a valid full, manual, UK driving licence with at least 6 months driving experience, no DD or DR codes, and no more than 6 points.
* You must be over the age of 18 at the time of starting the apprenticeship.
* Having a can-do attitude and an appreciation of customer service are important qualities for us.
* The ability to remain motivated whilst working alone is essential for a driving focused role.
* An excellent team player is vital; the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues will be important.
* For safety purposes, a satisfactory medical assessment is required if successful at the assessment day.
Please note: You will need to attend an on-site assessment on Tuesday 16th September. Filtering of applicants will take place 1-2 weeks before the assessment date.
