Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Morecambe. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional activities. The role requires both on-site and remote work, offering flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
* Strong skills in Market Research, Strategy Development, and Business Proposal Writing.
* Negotiation, Contract Management, and Presentation skills.
* Collaboration skills with Marketing and other internal teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
