Are you passionate about rehabilitation and helping people maximize independence and wellbeing? We have exciting opportunities for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners, and support staff to support individuals in living independently at home for as long as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality, person-centered rehabilitation interventions.
* Participating in the development and implementation of a new Enhanced Rehabilitation Service, providing inpatient-style rehabilitation in a home environment seven days a week.
* Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver transformational change in community-based rehabilitation services.
