Live in or live-out Head of Housekeeping / House Manager Job in Hampshire
A client of Greycoat Lumleys who are based in Hampshire are looking for a switched-on and organised Head Housekeeper. Duties to include managing a team of 4, as well as hands-on with the duties as well.
The household is fully staffed, and the role will involve working alongside other staff members with service occasionally. The client will only consider applicants who have managed a team of Housekeepers in a similar role with checkable references. The client is looking for someone who is flexible and discreet.
Duties to include:
1. Overseeing the housekeeping team as well as liaising with other staff
2. Organising grocery orders, taking deliveries etc.
3. Other ad hoc duties as required
4. A driver is required for this role
5. Hands-on housekeeping
6. Keeping the property clean and tidy
The ideal candidate would have extremely high attention to detail and would have ideally had experience working in private households and checkable references.
Hours: 40 hours per week including rota for weekends on rotation with the House Manager
Accommodation: If Live-In, separate 2-bed accommodation on the grounds would be provided
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
Start: As soon as the right person is found.
