Senior Business Analyst – Salary £65,000

A bit about the job:
We operate a flexible resource pool across our General Insurance portfolio, which involves driving large-scale transformation activities such as:
1. Major platform upgrades and SaaS adoption
2. M&A and technology integration
3. Technology innovation, including GenAI, Automation, and data
4. Enhancing pricing strategies and broker solutions through digital technology
The role involves leading business analysis activities for assigned projects, conducting in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements using standard methodologies and templates, and ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and standards.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Experience in shaping business outcomes and delivering analysis for technology and business change projects with budgets of £1m - £5m.
* Experience working within a highly regulated financial services environment.
* Knowledge of insurance enterprise technologies such as Snowflake, Guidewire, Salesforce, Earnix, ICE, and emerging technologies like GenAI, Automation, and Data solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead, negotiate, and influence change.
* Proficiency in applying business analysis tools and techniques.
