Job Description Position: Residential Property & Conveyancing Solicitor Location: Conwy, Wales Experience Required: 5 Years PQE Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 Benefits About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Property & Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's dynamic team in Conwy. With a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience, you will be instrumental in managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leases. Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of property-related matters, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and property agreements. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction. Stay updated on relevant legislation and best practices in property law to offer informed advice. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in residential property and conveyancing law. Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law, with a proven track record in managing a high-volume caseload. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
