Location: Washington (Primary Schools)
Pay: £130 – £180 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday | Full-time / Part-time

Milk Education is working in partnership with a range of supportive and inclusive primary schools in Washington to recruit passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers.

The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
4. Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
5. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
6. Differentiate learning to support pupils of all abilities, including SEND
7. Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
8. Manage classroom behaviour effectively
9. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and leadership teams
10. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic educators who are committed to high-quality teaching:
11. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
12. Experience teaching in primary schools (placements accepted for ECTs)
13. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
14. A passion for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
15. Excellent communication and organisational skills
16. A flexible and positive approach
