The Head Teacher is looking for a passionate College Support Staff to work on a long‑term basis until the end of the academic year. The successful candidate will oversee the academic progress and personal development of their learners, helping learners achieve excellent results while implementing the schemes of learning.
Responsibilities
Oversee academic progress and personal development of learners.
Implement programmes of learning and support students with complex learning needs.
Maintain communication with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Level 2 minimum in English and Maths
* Level 3 qualification or equivalent
* Experience advising young people in a diverse educational setting
* Excellent communication skills
* Clear understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
* Experience supporting students with complex learning needs
