Are you an enthusiastic, motivated, and driven nurse or midwife with a desire to develop our workforce and make a positive difference to patient care? We are looking to recruit 2 Practice Based Educators to work alongside our Quality and Patient Experience team, educating and training our clinical workforce to proactively avoid harm to patients while in our care.
The Quality and Patient Experience portfolio includes quality assurance, patient experience, and care related to falls, sepsis, VTE, nutrition, and hydration. A vital aspect of this role is recognizing patients at higher risk and preventing harms from occurring.
We seek 2 nurses or midwives to plan, develop, coordinate, and evaluate a program of education and training across Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care Foundation Trust.
Your responsibilities will include providing and delivering clinical education and training within the Trust, promoting high-quality care, and working with multidisciplinary teams to encourage learning and professional development. You will maintain close relationships with the Quality and Patient Experience Team and other Practice Based Educators (PBEs).
