What You’ll Be Doing – Your Role as a Bridge Engineer
As a Bridge Engineer in our South team, you’ll be at the heart of varied, high-impact projects—gaining experience while shaping infrastructure that matters. You’ll enjoy:

What We’re Looking For – Your Skills and Experience
Essential:
* Proven experience in bridge and highway structure design and assessment
* Degree-qualified in a relevant subject (MSc preferred)
* Progressing toward Chartered status (ICE or IStructE)
* Strong understanding of DMRB and Eurocodes
* Skilled in structural analysis software
* Capable of delivering designs from concept through to detailed stages
* Experience with National Highways and/or Local Authority projects
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Innovative and solutions-focused mindset
* Willingness to travel within the region as needed
* Full UK driving licence and the legal right to work in the UK
Desirable:
* Experience in bridge stock asset management
* Familiarity with BIM project environments
