Other duties and responsibilities are: Deliver remote case management work.Triaging on the business portal.Ensure client records are kept up to date.Participate in wellbeing and health surveillance programmes where required.Support line manager in compliance checks to ensure SEQHOS standards are always adhered.Ensure compliance with relevant professional guidelines e.g. NMC Code of Conduct.About you:To represent high quality of client care.To demonstrate accuracy and quality through produced client reports.To be willing to undertake educational programmes as appropriate to the post.To be willing to support wider team with case management.To be able to work autonomously.To demonstrate ability to manage your own workload.EssentialRegistered Nurse with valid NMC pin.OH Degree or Qualification and/or equivalent working experience in the OH field.IT literacy.Valid UK Driving License and access to a car.
