We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.

Role Summary:

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of our accommodation portfolio. You will ensure our properties are maintained to a high standard, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to delivering a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily operations across multiple serviced accommodation units
* Schedule and oversee management of compliance, operations, and maintenance teams
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
* Monitor and manage inventory levels (linen, toiletries, consumables, etc.)
* Assist with guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve on-site issues promptly
* Liaise with external suppliers and contractors for repairs, compliance, and servicing
* Respond to guest queries and complaints with professionalism and urgency
* Maintain up-to-date records of property status, maintenance logs, and operational KPIs
* Support onboarding of new properties into the portfolio (setup, furnishing, compliance checks)
* Collaborate with other departments including reservations, customer service, and finance
Requirements:
* Proven experience in operations, hospitality, property management, or serviced accommodation
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - no two days are the same!
* Tech-savvy – comfortable using property management systems (PMS), Google Workspace/MS Office, and task management tools
* Driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred or required depending on the area)
Desirable:
* Knowledge of property, health and safety compliance
* Understanding of short-term rental industry platforms (e.g. Rightmove, Zoopla Booking.com, VRBO)
