Qualified SEN Teaching Assistants - Level 2 / Level 3
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs in a supportive school environment.
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience supporting children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties or behavioural needs)
Patient, caring and positive attitude
Ability to work well with teachers and support staff
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
Assisting with learning activities and classroom management
Encouraging student engagement and independence
Supporting emotional and social development
