Are you a data driven category marketer who translates data into insights, and produces unmatched creative storytelling presentations to both internal and external stakeholders?
Is a company who looks after it’s employees and has a track record of delivering on internal progression, a company that sounds like they could be your next employer?
If so, then my client has an opportunity that you won’t be able to say no to!
Signature Career Management have exclusively partnered with a global blue-chip food company who are a household name in the frozen food category. With a history spanning well over 60 years, they are still going from strength to strength and have huge growth plans for the next 5 years. They are constantly adding exciting new products to their portfolio (with 4 new acquisitions over the last 3 years!) to build a diversified presence across multiple channels and categories. They are looking to bring on a Category Manager who is experienced in either category management, or a similar position that includes data analysis and story telling as part of the day to day. The main thing for them is that you are a conscientious, driven individual, with a growth mindset, who can be commercial and analytical at the same time. Having one without the other will not be enough for this role – you need to be able to analyse and interpret data, to then produce strong insights and effective story telling for both external retails as well as internal stakeholders.
If this sounds like you then READ ON!
In an ideal world you will have experience in category management working on either the grocery top 4 retailers, or in the convenience channel. However, this is not essential! Let’s say for example you are a demand planner, a merchandiser, or some form of analyst who produces insights from data sets like IRI and Kantar then we want to hear from YOU!
If you are unsure, then have a read of the responsibilities below and if this sounds like something for you then don’t be afraid – Click Apply and we can have a chat 😊
