Key Responsibilities: Ensuring the school site is safe, secure, and well-maintained. Carrying out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the premises. Overseeing site security, including opening and closing the school as required. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supporting the school with setup for events and activities. About You: Previous experience in a caretaking, maintenance, or site management role (desirable but not essential). A proactive and practical approach to work. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Flexibility with working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
