Job Title: Global Senior Program Management Consultant

Location: United Kingdom (Remote with 10% international travel)

Salary: Competitive Salary

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Senior Programme Management Consultant to act as a strategic partner to clients looking to enhance and evolve their contingent workforce strategies. In this role, you’ll lead the design, development, and execution of workforce programmes focused on long-term success, scalability, and compliance. Supporting one to two regional or global clients, you’ll build tailored two-year road maps aligned to their business goals, collaborate closely with suppliers, and help ensure their contingent labour programmes are competitive, compliant, and fit for the future.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategic Programme Development

* You’ll partner with key client stakeholders to assess their current contingent workforce landscape and co-create a tailored, two-year roadmap. Whether it’s advising on supplier strategy, direct sourcing, or VMS implementation, your role is to guide clients towards scalable, future-ready solutions.

Client & Supplier Relationship Management

* As the client’s go-to strategic contact, you’ll work closely with their leadership teams, suppliers, and internal partners. You’ll lead strategic planning sessions, help improve supplier performance, and ensure alignment across all parties.

Data-Led Insight & Analysis

* In collaboration with a dedicated analyst per client, you’ll review performance data, spot trends, and turn insights into actionable strategies. You’ll use platforms like Intellitix to bring together data from VMS and non-VMS markets, enabling your clients to make decisions grounded in evidence—not assumption.

Compliance & Risk Mitigation

* You’ll guide clients through complex risk areas such as worker misclassification and co-employment. Your knowledge of global labour laws, procurement processes, and employment practices will help ensure compliance and minimise risk across regions.

Continuous Improvement & Change Management

* You’ll analyse current processes and recommend ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance visibility. Whether it's technology selection or process refinement, you’ll lead with a change management mindset, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and onboard.

Reporting & Communication

* You’ll oversee the delivery of executive-level reports and ensure insights are communicated effectively to drive better decisions. Your business analyst will support you in data creation and visualisation, but you’ll steer the strategic narrative.

What We’re Looking For:

* Demonstrated experience in leading teams through effective coaching, people management, and strong leadership.
* In-depth understanding of workforce solutions, with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
* Skilled in engaging and managing senior stakeholders through clear and professional communication.
* Confident negotiator with the ability to influence key decision-makers at all levels.
* At least five years’ experience in managing and developing contingent labour programmes, particularly within Master Vendor and MSP service models.
* Solid knowledge of contingent workforce management practices across the EMEA region.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate data such as demand plans, sourcing strategies, and market trends into actionable insights.
* Results-driven and performance-focused, with a track record of delivering against targets.
* Comfortable operating at a senior level, with a positive, proactive, and forward-thinking approach.
* Strong understanding of supplier SLAs and KPIs, with the ability to ensure performance is maintained and improved.
* Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a delivery role. You’ll be stepping into a strategic consultancy position with the chance to shape the future of contingent workforce programmes for growing global brands. You’ll have the freedom to operate autonomously while backed by a global team of analysts, consultants, and communications experts. If you're ready for a new challenge and want to use your operational expertise to make a bigger strategic impact this could be your perfect next step.
