Customer Service Advisor – Contact Centre

What You’ll Be Doing
* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls within the contact centre
* Achieving individual and team Service targets
* Providing tailored advice and product information to customers
* Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service at all times
* Ensuring all work complies with internal policies and Health & Safety procedures
* Working closely with team members and management to maximise performance
What We’re Looking For
* Previous or current experience in a contact centre or telephone-based customer services role
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Target-driven with a proven record of achieving KPIs
* Positive attitude with a flexible and proactive approach
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A team player who is committed to customer satisfaction
