Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and grow our client's B2B marketing efforts. This is a strategic yet hands‑on role where you'll oversee their CRM and marketing automation systems, deliver campaign‑based, content‑led marketing, and strengthen their brand presence across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and optimise CRM, marketing automation platforms, and lead management processes.
* Develop and deliver integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns with strong content focus.
* Champion and protect the brand across all communications and customer touchpoints.
* Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and report results to senior leadership.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business growth.
About You
* Degree‑qualified with at least 4 years' B2B marketing experience (experience in scientific or technology sectors is highly desirable).
* 2+ years of line management experience, with proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
* Demonstrated success in planning and executing content‑driven, campaign‑based marketing with budget responsibility.
* Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools.
* Experience in international and digital‑first marketing.
