Competitor Monitor is a business intelligence company helping leading brands stay competitive through e-commerce intelligence. We monitor millions of data points daily to provide actionable insights on pricing, customer loyalty, and online reputation to major retail chains worldwide.
The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary contact for our global clients, helping them maximize value from our competitive intelligence platform. This varied role involves client onboarding (post-sale), relationship management, training, and consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboard new customers and train users on our platform
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive adoption and retention
* Conduct regular online meetings and product demonstrations
* Manage client accounts using Kanban-style project management tools
* Liaise with development and QA teams to deliver client requirements
* Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions
Essential Requirements
Personal Qualities:
* Well-organized with strong planning skills
* Naturally helpful and client-focused
* Reliable and detail-oriented
* Excellent written and verbal English communication
Skills & Experience:
* Robust IT skills (comfortable with Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Teams)
* Confident using technology and learning new systems
* Understanding of e-commerce and online business
* Comfortable presenting to groups
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
* Fast, stable home internet connection (for hybrid working)
* Right to work in the UK and able to commute to Newcastle Upon Tyne
Education:
* A-Level or equivalent (required)
* Customer service or account management experience (1 year preferred)
Desirable Skills
* E-commerce technology knowledge
* Interest in emerging technology
* Awareness of consumer trends and online business relationships
* Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Benefits:
* Salary: £25,155 - £27,105 (depending on experience)
