Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (NQ–6 PQE) – Grantham/Lincoln
| £50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus | Hybrid Working | 1 Day Office Attendance Per Week
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly regarded Law firm firm based in Grantham. With only one day per week required in the office, this opportunity would suit candidates across the East Midlands seeking greater flexibility without compromising on the quality of work or career progression.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer at NQ–6 PQE level to join a well-established and supportive Real Estate team, working on a broad range of high-quality matters while developing their long-term career within a progressive and collaborative environment. The Role
You will manage a varied commercial property caseload and work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to a broad range of matters including:
* Advising clients on all aspects of property matters
* Preparing and drafting legal documentation relating to transactions
* Managing matters from instruction through to completion and file closure
* Working independently while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and client care
* Following up on new business opportunities and leads
* Handling matters at a level appropriate to your experience and PQE level
* Managing cases in accordance with SRA requirements and Law Society protocols
Examples of work include:
* Sale and purchase
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Acquisition and disposal of development sites
* Refinancing transactions
* Transfers of property into trusts
* First registrations of agricultural land
* Option agreements
* Pension trust work
* Buying and selling properties within SIPPs
* Acting for pension schemes, trusts, and companies
* Tenancy agreements for trading companies
