Due to retirement, we are looking for an accounts/admin assistant to join the Choose Leads team.
Come and join our lovely team in the marketing industry! This is a home working position but ideally based around the Bath area.
Duties will be as advised by your Line Manager.
They will include but not be limited to:
Sending out invoices and orders to clients/suppliers
Chasing payments from clients
Make payments to suppliers
Communicating with members of your team and others in the company to ensure invoices/orders are raised correctly and the Company pay/are paid accurately
General bookkeeping and accounting functions
Generating and distributing weekly/monthly reports
Your duties may be modified from time to time to suit the needs of the business
Probation will be on 6 months; we reserve the right to extend if necessary.
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF PAYING AND RAISING INVOICES.
Start date approx. 1st February 2026
Remote working but maybe required to join meetings in person if required.
Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week).
