Your Responsibilities
As a Building Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Midlands Construction team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Collating project reports and providing summary insights to the Project Lead.
* Assisting in Design Management for M&E Packages.
* Reviewing technical submittals from subcontractors.
* Coordinating M&E services on-site in collaboration with project teams.
* Ensuring installation quality through thorough checks.
* Managing commissioning processes and sign-offs.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you possess:
* Strong technical knowledge of M&E Design and Installations.
* Experience in a main contracting environment, managing specialist subcontract partners.
* A proven track record in delivering large Building Services packages valued at £10M or more.
