About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrator who is fluent in both French and English. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across the business in both French and English.
Confidently use Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Schedule and coordinate meetings via Outlook Calendar.
Handle incoming calls professionally and manage telephone communications.
Support with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
Use SAP or similar systems to support administrative and operational tasks (experience preferred).
Prioritize and manage workloads efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as required.Requirements:
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Proven administrative experience in a similar role.
Strong IT skills, with confidence in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is desirable.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
