EthosEnergy A&C, now part of Wencor Group are currently recruiting for a Part-Time, HR Generalist to join the team in Aberdeen, UK.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage the day to day HR enquiries from employees and managers within the BU
* Support the payroll and HR administration for the facility
* Manages the talent acquisition process and collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
* Administer the onboarding and new hire process
* Recommends and researches learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
* Support employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
* Maintains compliance and provides specialist advise with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
* Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
* Contribute to EH HR projects to add value to the HR team
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience
* Significant experience of Generalist HR work within the UK
Education Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements
* Office Based
