Support operational teams with product costings, bill of materials (BOMs), and pricing strategies. Develop and maintain standard costing models, identifying and addressing variances. Prepare budgets and rolling forecasts, providing financial analysis to support operational decisions. Monitor and report key financial metrics, including overhead recovery rates, efficiency variances, and margins. Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate for the role of Management Accountant CIMA Qualified / Part Qualified / Qualified by experience with good manufacturing experience will also be considered Proven experience as a Management Accountant. Strong knowledge of cost accounting. Proficient in ERP systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both financial and operational teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
