Thomas Vaughan Ltd is a premier design studio based in Treforest, specialising in high-end, bespoke home transformations. We are currently seeking an experienced Design & Sales Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis (Full-Time or Part-Time options available).
We are looking for an articulate, design-led professional who understands that luxury is found in the details. In this role, you won\'t just be \"selling\"; you will be acting as a trusted advisor, guiding our clients through the journey of creating their dream kitchens and bathrooms.
Key Responsibilities
* Consultative Design: Lead one-to-one consultations, using your spatial awareness and KBB expertise to create stunning, functional layouts.
* End-to-End Management: Own the client relationship from the initial creative spark and material selection through to final project sign-off.
* Premium Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by providing an exceptional, high-touch service that reflects our brand\'s luxury standards.
* Studio Excellence: Maintain the professional atmosphere of our Treforest studio and stay ahead of industry trends and product innovations.
Candidate Requirements (Essential)
* KBB Industry Experience: You must have a proven background in Kitchen, Bedroom, and Bathroom design and sales.
* Sophisticated Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a consultative approach to client relations—no \"hard sell\" tactics.
* Technical Aptitude: Ability to interpret floor plans and a deep understanding of materials and craftsmanship.
* Flexibility: A commitment to working weekends to accommodate our clients\' schedules.
