This is a full-time, office-based role offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment. Key Responsibilities: Handling a wide range of immigration matters, including visa applications, asylum cases, appeals, and judicial reviews. Advising clients on UK immigration law and regulatory compliance. Preparing and submitting applications to the Home Office and Tribunals. Representing clients in court and at appeal hearings. Keeping up to date with changes in immigration law and policy. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with experience in Immigration Law. Strong advocacy, case management, and client-handling skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and drafting skills. Candidates must have 3 yrs experience working in Immigration law to be considered for the role.
