The Role
We're seeking a results-driven External Sales Representative to generate new business and build strong client relationships. This is a commission-only position — ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive on performance and want the freedom to directly control their income.
Responsibilities
* Prospect and secure new accounts through calls, networking, referrals, and events
* Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored proposals
* Negotiate and close profitable contracts
* Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business and upselling
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience (cleaning/facilities industry experience an advantage)
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Full UK driving licence and ability to travel locally
