Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $90,000 – $180,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Private Wealth Advisor to serve high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. The role combines sophisticated planning with strong relationship management — coordinating wealth strategies across investments, tax, estate, and philanthropy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with HNW and UHNW clients and families
- Coordinate sophisticated planning across investments, tax, trust, and estate
- Partner with attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals on integrated solutions
- Develop and implement long-term wealth strategies aligned to family goals
- Lead complex client meetings and family wealth conversations
- Grow the book through referrals and centre-of-influence relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years in private wealth, family office, or HNW advisory
- Active Series 7 / Series 65 or 66 (or equivalent licensure)
- CFP, CFA, or CPWA designation strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of estate planning, trust structures, and tax-efficient strategies
- Excellent executive presence and client relationship skills
- Track record of building HNW client relationships
