Salary
£32,061 to £35,412 per annum + Potential Earnings of up to £3K per annum (made up of sleep-in allowances and bank holiday payments).

Key Responsibilities
* Support, guide and help provide stability to young people and their families in community and family homes.
* Work shifts in the Residential Hub, including unsociable hours, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-in duties.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Practice Manager, Deputy Managers, Clinical Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Data Analyst and Business Support.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Over 21 years of age.
* At least 1 year experience working with Children and Young People.
* NVQ/Diploma Level 3 Working with Children and Young People or equivalent (or willing to obtain).
* Enhanced DBS including a barred list check child workforce.
