A national environmental and drainage services business is seeking an experienced Civils Groundworker to support excavation, drainage and reinstatement works across the UK. This is a hands-on role for a reliable, safety-focused operative who takes pride in delivering quality work and representing the business professionally on site.

Key Responsibilities
* Excavation works including temporary works support
* Drainage, manhole, tank installations and duct laying
* Backfilling, spoil management and cold-lay reinstatement (Section 72)
* Maintenance excavations, minor foundation works and blockage clearance
* Accurate job updates using a PDA / CRM system
* Site reports with supporting photographs
* Compliance with all health, safety and company standards
* Maintenance of tools, equipment and vehicle
* Professional communication with customers and colleagues

Essential Skills & Experience
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Experience in xsngvjr civils, groundworks or drainage
* Strong H&S awareness and attention to detail
* Customer-focused and team-orientated
* Flexible approach to travel and overnight stays
