Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in London & Northampton for a Student Advisor. The Student Advisor will be responsible for providing personalised counselling, guidance, and support to students. Day-to-day tasks include conducting individual counselling sessions, assisting students in exploring their academic options, helping with the transition into academic life, and coordinating outreach programs.

* Interpersonal Skills and Communication:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with students, colleagues, and university staff.
* Customer Service:
Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all students.
* Relevant Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role or within the education sector is beneficial.
* Digital Marketing:
Basic marketing and digital marketing skills to manage personal media accounts.
