Role Overview
As a Team Leader you will play a key role in delivering our award‑winning vehicle hire service directly to customers’ doors. You will ensure our vehicles are available when and where they are needed.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.
* Create a productive and engaged team, inspiring and motivating the Service Delivery Drivers.
* Take ownership of allocation and utilisation of the fleet at the site.
* Collaborate with the Branch Management Team to achieve operational goals.
* Apply customer service know‑how to provide excellent service.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong people skills and the ability to set clear expectations.
* Talent for motivating others and maintaining a positive team attitude.
* Calm, can‑do attitude and practical problem‑solving.
* Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics environment a plus.
* Full UK or EU driving licence.
