Dream Medical is working with a hospital in the Somerset area and requires an experienced Band 5 nurse to cover regular ad-hoc sessions within a 28-bedded ward providing rehabilitation and care to elderly patients.
Your role will include planning patient care, implementing and evaluating that care using an appropriate nursing model. You will also provide advice and education to patients, staff, and learners, and develop communication networks across specialties and the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements include:
* At least 6 months of experience working on a hospital ward
* Cannulation
* Venepuncture
* Wound Care & Dressings
