We're hiring someone to work directly with the owner at Kayman Recruitment Group.
We’re a global recruitment and outsourcing business, with offices in London, USA and South Africa. We're supporting recruitment firms and businesses with hiring, talent, and offshore solutions.
We’ve grown quickly and are continuing to scale internationally. I need a true right hand to help me run the business day-to-day. Ideally you will have experience working in a recruitment / sales environment as an Administrator or PA.
You’ll be:
* Managing priorities across a fast-moving, global business
* Coordinating across teams in the UK, US, and South Africa
* Owning tasks and projects end-to-end
* Diary management
* Most importantly, acting as a central point across the company
I’m looking for someone who is:
* Proactive, organised, and high energy
* Confident, with strong presence
* High ownership, gets things done without being asked
* Ideally from a recruitment or sales environment
This is NOT for someone who:
* Waits for direction
* Wants a slow or highly structured role
* Is just looking to manage a diary
For the right person, this role can grow quickly as we scale.
We're based in South Woodford, E18 (2 minutes from the Central Line) and in office 3 days per week.
