Customer Service Administration Specialist
Location: West Malling
Salary: £24,700
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Hybrid working offered - opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administration Specialist to join a friendly, supportive team.
What you'll be doing:
Resolve routine enquiries or escalate complex issues
Respond to email queries
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Support daily administrative tasks and team workflows
Liaise with internal departments when requiredWhat they're looking for:
