We are working with our client on the outskirts of York to recruit an experienced Client Services Administrator who will provide administrative support to Sales, Management and Course Tutors.
Salary: £25k per annum.
Responsibilities
* Reception duties, including managing phone calls and correspondence (e‑mail, letters, packages, etc.), welcoming visitors & delegates, hospitality, lunches, tidying, customer queries, office supplies/ordering.
* Course booking administration.
* Hotel bookings for candidates & staff.
* Production of course handouts and presentation material.
* Post‑course administration including letters and processing certification and creating & updating database records.
* Petty cash management.
* Developing and maintaining excellent client working relationships.
* Administrative support to Management, Sales and Course Tutors as required.
* Assist colleagues as and when required.
Personal Attributes
* Good communicator at all levels, written and verbal.

* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Excellent organisational skills.
Hours Of Work
* 8am – 5pm Mon to Thursday.
* 8am – 4.30pm Friday.
