We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) to join our dynamic community pharmacy team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take on a pivotal role in the dispensary, working closely with the pharmacist and playing a key part in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work alongside the pharmacist to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate dispensing of medications
* Serve as the Duty Manager of the Dispensary, leading by example and maintaining high professional standards
* Manage and support the dispensary team, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment
* Apply your full range of technical skills to support patient care
* Be trained and work under Patient Group Directions (PGDs), expanding your scope of practice
* Assist in the continuous improvement of pharmacy services and patient experience

Who We’re Looking For:
* A qualified Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) registered with the GPhC
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A team player who can also take initiative and manage responsibilities independently
* Previous experience in community pharmacy is preferred
* Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the pharmacy team
