Business Development Manager – Construction
Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Our client is a leader in workplace safety innovation, specialising in the design and build of bespoke access platforms and engineered solutions for the most demanding industries — including Aviation, Marine, Rail, Transport, Utilities, and Construction.
They are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong experience in the construction sector to drive growth, build client partnerships, and identify opportunities for bespoke platform solutions. You’ll play a key role in expanding market presence and ensuring safe access solutions are delivered for projects across planes, boats, trains, submarines, and more.
What you’ll do
1. Develop and execute growth strategies within the construction and engineering sectors
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end clients
3. Identify and secure new business opportunities for bespoke platform solutions
4. Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver tailored safety platforms that meet complex site requirements
