If you’re as energised as a new Duracell bunny with the alert skills of a meerkat, this is the job for you!
We’re looking for new Housing Concierges to join our growing teams. Here at Home Group, we look after our vulnerable customers, including those with complex care needs. Your role will be to ensure our customers are safe, our buildings are secure and pleasant, and that we maintain good relations with our neighbours.
Typical shift as a Housing Concierge
* This role involves more than just night security; it includes monitoring CCTV, patrolling, and being the first support contact for our customers when other support networks are unavailable.
* You will manage the health and safety of the building, checking fire doors, ensuring everything is locked and secure.
* Respond promptly to situations such as investigating suspicious activity or raising alarms to engage emergency services.
* If time permits, assist with maintaining cleanliness, including wielding a mop or broom.
Working here means knowing you’ve helped improve our customers' lives. Join a top ten UK Great Place to Work!

* Vehicle insured for business purposes (mileage paid by us)
Note: Due to current sponsorship limitations, we cannot offer sponsorship to external candidates. This is under regular review.
