Where will I be working?
You will be working in one of our Extra Care flats in Carlisle.
We provide 24-hour support for adults with learning and physical disabilities, including some 1-2-1 support and responding to needs as they arise.
The role involves supporting residents with all aspects of daily living: personal care, cooking, medication management, cleaning, budgeting, shopping, accessing employment and education, attending social events, and encouraging independence. We tailor our services to help individuals live as independently as possible.
Staff empower residents to experience a wide range of activities and enjoy life to the fullest.
We use a digital social care record system to streamline daily documentation, making your tasks easier and allowing more time for supporting the People We Support.
