Job Description
3. Act as a principal financial advisor to senior leadership.
4. Support and guide management through restructures and business change.
5. Simplify complex financial scenarios to aid decision-making.
6. Influence and challenge financial performance and efficiency.
7. Collaborate with other Finance Business Partners to ensure cohesive service delivery.
8. Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and resource management.
9. Identify and implement efficiency savings while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
10. Proven experience of business partnering and adding value to non-finance stakeholders
11. Strong financial skills and knowledge within a medium to large-scale organisation.
12. Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting in complex environments.
13. Advanced Excel skills
14. Qualified / Qualified by Experience
15. CIPFA Level 7 Qualification in Business Partnering would be beneficial but not essential
This role is will be due to start around the end of September, so would suit someone just seeing out a notice period / end of contract.
