Children’s Nurse Opportunity in Horsham
We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced carers to support a medically complex infant under the age of one.
The Role:
Superior Healthcare offers the chance to work in a supportive, dynamic environment, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring specialist care.
As a complex care nurse, you will deliver high-quality, personalised nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.
The child requires BiPAP oxygen support, oral suctioning, and is jejunostomy (JEJ) fed.
They have a diagnosis of chronic lung disease, sleep apnoea, and have a VP shunt in place.
Care is required for day shifts (6 hours) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, as well as overnight shifts from 10pm to 6am, seven nights a week.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a young life within a supportive home environment.
Our approach prioritises enhancing quality of life, promoting independence where possible, and ensuring well-being in a nurturing environment. We collaborate closely with families and healthcare teams to develop tailored care plans that address the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of each individual.
Shift Patterns available:
Day shifts (6 hours) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
Night shifts from 10pm to 6am, seven nights a week.
