Responsibilities: Curate and manage the accessories product assortment across all channels (retail, online, wholesale). Analyze sales data and market trends to guide buying and merchandising decisions. Work closely with design, buying, and marketing teams to ensure seasonal alignment. Plan product launches, markdowns, and replenishment strategies. Maximize sales, profit margins, and stock turnover through strategic merchandising. Monitor competitor activity to identify gaps and opportunities in the market. Requirements: 2 years experience in fashion merchandising (accessories preferred). Strong understanding of trend forecasting and consumer behavior. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and/or merchandising software. Excellent organizational and communication skills. A creative eye with commercial awareness. Passionate about accessories and staying ahead of fashion trends.
